My goal is to ensure each of these programs is running efficiently: meeting the needs of the community while also following the criteria outlined in each contribution agreement and budget. The biggest issue at this time in the health field is employee retention.
Background
I have a Social Work Diploma from Portage College and a Leadership Certificate from Vancouver Community College. I am currently enrolled in the Bachelor of Human Services online degree program through Grant Macewan University. I’ve also taken Nechi Training as well as Grief & Loss. I’ve previously worked as a Crisis Intervention Worker, a Developmental Assistant with Dr. Swift Middle School and as a Family Life Programmer in Lac La Biche AB. I’ve been with Katlodeeche First Nation for the past five years.
